Delivery

 

Delivery within UK will be carried out by Parcelforce with 3-5 working days. Our team at Ryhter Oak endeavours to send all goods as soon as possible.

 

Deliveries within UK are free of charge.

Deliveries outside UK will be changed based on the specific country.

 

Our products are sold on a delivery duty unpaid basis. International and off-shore customers may have to pay import duty, additional taxes, fees, levies or customs charges and customers should check these details before placing an order for international delivery.

 

We process deliveries Monday- Friday only. We don’t process orders on Christmas, Easter and bank Holidays.

 

In rare cases where delivery cannot be completed, eg. severe weather conditions, we will contact you as soon as possible.

 

When your parcel is on its way, you will receive a text message/email from parcelforce with your expected delivery date.

 

On the morning of delivery, you’ll also be given a 1 hour delivery window and you’ll be able to track your parcel at every stage in its journey.

 

You have two chances to collect your package. If unsuccessful the package will be available for collection at parcel force for 21 days.  If not collected during that time it will be returned to sender and no monies will be credited back to you.

 

UK Highlands, Islands & Channel, Mailand, Islands. We are more than happy to ship orders to these locations. Please email us for a delivery quote on info@ryhteroak.co.uk. Once we have confirmed the details, your order will then be processed via email, rather than via the website.

 

Before ordering, please measure the space available carefully and ensure the item will fit. Consider entrance points, doorways, staircases etc.

 

Please note that all items delivered beyond your doorstep are carried out at your own risk.

 

Delivery times are estimated and whilst we/our couriers endeavour to deliver within that time, occasionally there may be delays.

 

Where a safe place is specified for delivery, the customer assumes responsibility should the parcel go missing.

Returns

 

Customer has the right to resign from sales agreement within 14 days from the date of the delivery.

 

The return / exchange, the goods cannot have any signs or indications of use ; goods have to be in exact state of delivery and retain original packaging.

 

If a customer wishes to return goods that are not faulty in any way the cost of it must be covered by the customer.

 

For any orders which have been damaged in transit, we must be informed within 48 hours of delivery. For any items deemed to be faulty, please inform us within 7 days of receiving the product.

 

 

How to Return Items

The return or exchange goods please email us on info@ryhteroak.co.uk with a “RETURN” in the subject box. In the email please clearly state:

  • name of the goods
  • quantity

  • reason for return or exchange

Once we receive the return goods we’ll email you and we’ll either confirm your return or exchange or refuse to do so, stating the reason for refusal.

 

Once we confirm the exchange or return your bank account we’ll be immediately reimbursed or in case of exchange, goods sent to you.

 

All returns must be in their original condition and packaging.

 

Please ensure that items are packaged securely.

 

We strongly recommend that you use signed for, insured delivery and keep the receipt.

 

 

 

Returns Disclaimer

 

Bespoke products from “ special order “ category cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged upon delivery. We are happy to answer any questions and give you all necessary information before you make your purchase.

 

Majority of our goods are hand made therefore may vary from item to item in a sight way.

 

Discounted goods cannot be returned or exchanged. Please, familiarise yourself with the photo and description as the goods may not be in a perfect condition.

 

We cannot accept complaints if the goods were used for any other purpose then intended by the manufacturer.

 

Unless the item is faulty, returns will be at your own cost.

 

We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or damaged in transit.

 

We also cannot accept any responsibility for any interest charges on your credit card whilst waiting for a refund.

 

Please allow up to 14 working days once we receive your item for the refund to show in your account.

 

 

 

 

Faulty & Damaged Items

 

If the goods were damaged in transit please send us an email within 48 hours from receiving delivery on info@ryhteroak.co.uk with “ DAMAGED ” in the subject box.

Please state:

After 48 hours has passed from your receiving delivery we will not accept any claims.

 

For any items deemed to be faulty, please inform us within 7 days of receiving the product.

 

For items deemed to have a manufacturing fault, please inform us within 7 days of receipt.

 

Please do not destroy or throw away any product or packing, even if it’s faulty, before we have confirmed how we wish to proceed.

 

Once we have confirmed a product is faulty, we will then offer you a means of returning the parcel at our cost. You will then have 7 days to return the parcel at our cost, after which time our standard returns policy applies.
